20 Hours of Spiritual Language Lessons
These lessons are not focused on grammar or on
pronunciation. They are designed as supplements to normal ESL classes
providing students with exposure to Biblical concepts and language.
Immersion is generally
understood to include being surrounded by speakers who speak the language
you are learning. The APAD scrolling text videos provide an alternate
"immersion" experience.
A single lesson is just short of one
hour long. The same 1800 words are repeated 3 times:

12-14 minutes in Creole or Spanish

24-26 minutes with alternating phrases.
(Each Creole or Spanish phrase is followed immediately by the same
phrase in English.)
- 12-14 minutes
of the same 1800 words in English.
Listening to and/or listening to and watching the
same lesson 4-5 times for an hour at a time produces remarkable progress
while familiarizing students with basic biblical values and vocabulary.
